Being the Co Founder and CEO of Asthapana, brings over 10+ years of experience in management and more than 8 years of deep specialization in NABH accreditation for hospitals. He holds dual postgraduate degrees M. Com (Advanced cost and works accounting) and PGDM (Healthcare Management) which form the foundation of his strategic and operational expertise. His strong academic background, paired with hands-on industry knowledge, has positioned him as a trusted expert in healthcare quality and compliance.
Over the years, he has personally guided 200+ healthcare setups across India through the complex process of achieving KAYAKALP, QCI, MJPJY and NABH accreditation. His approach is known for being structured, practical and results driven turning even the most challenging environments into success stories. Healthcare setups under his guidance don’t just meet standards they raise them.
At Asthapana, he leads with a clear vision to make quality healthcare accessible and achievable for every healthcare setup, regardless of its size or location. Through his leadership, the company has become a symbol of credibility, professionalism, and excellence in the healthcare consulting space.
Omkar is also a founder for multiple start-ups in Food and Event industry. Apart from his professional experience Omkar is also passionate about playing cricket and has represented Cricket Federation of India in 2014.

We are a team of experienced consultants, internal auditors, and trainers who have spent years working in the healthcare field. Each of us brings real-world knowledge about hospital systems, quality standards, and accreditation processes.
We are also certified internal auditors for ISO 9001:2015, which adds to our credibility when it comes to system building, documentation, and training. More importantly, we have personally worked with over 100 hospitals to help them achieve NABH accreditation successfully and over 60 hospitals for their NABH renewal.
